A Packaging Factory in a Box...

The Pouchlink™ vending machine operates much like a mini drink bottling factory – it takes empty packaging, and fills it with a concentrated juice diluted with filtered water, before resealing it with a cap for the convenience of the consumer. The unique patented technology incorporated in the machine, and developed over 5 years, makes this possible. As with any factory, quality control is crucial and Pouchlink™ ensures that every drink is consistently and hygienically served every time...here’s how.

The Pouch Handling Unit

The machine has a patented XYZ pouch handling Unit (PHU) which detaches an individual pouch from the chain and moves it to a position where the cap is removed. It then fills the pouch with a drink and recaps the pouch before dispensing it to the customer. This clever invention allows the consumer to get a fully sealed, packaged drink to take away.

The PouchLink™ design uses an innovative, patented linkage method to connect individual flexible pouches together, allowing them to be packed in very high densities within the machine. Chains of interlinked pouches are supplied on pre-packaged disposable spools (like a roll of tape) which are simply loaded into the machines and plugged into a slot

Self Cleaning Mixing System

The drinks are made from freshly filtered chilled water and pure juice concentrate. Using a specially developed self sealing connector and mixing system, each drink is guaranteed to be microbiologically safe.

After each drink is made a volume of pure water flushes through the system to ensure no traces are left of the fruit concentrate. A second ozone cleaning process is activated at preprogrammed times during the night which sterilizes all of the internal pipe-work ensuring ultra-clean and hygienic delivery of every drink.

The whole process operates much like a mini drink bottling factory.
