The Pouchlink system uses post-mix technology with flavour concentrates stored in bag-in-box. The machine offers six selections plus freshly chilled and filtered water. Each channel has its own individual peristaltic pump that guarantees perfect mixing for guaranteed brix accuracy every time.

The patented mixing system provides a 100% closed environment ensuring that there can be no contamination, enabling excellent open shelf life once the bag-in-box is open (up to 6 weeks). The unique patented ozone cleaning system automatically cleans the system every day, enabling non-preserved concentrates to be vended.

The system is also able to handle syrups of widely different levels of dilution – from flavoured waters through to high juice drinks.

The Pouchlink system has already attracted great interest from the world's major brand owners and in time a wide variety of top branded drinks will become available through the system.

Bottlegreen Drinks, the UK market leader in premium dilutable cordials, is already an active partner with Waterwerkz and a range of high quality, natural flavours are already available from the Bottlegreen range.

Bottlegreen drinks are made in the heart of the British Cotswold Hills using their own spring water with only natural ingredients. All Bottlegreen concentrates are finely filtered to 1 micron to give beautifully clear concentrates that mix easily to produce delicious, clean tasting cordials.

Waterwerkz has also created a comprehensive range of own-brand drinks specifically formulated for the Pouchlink System. Produced to the highest standards, they contain only 100% natural flavours, natural colours and no added sugar. A number of these drinks are also enriched with vitamins and other nutrients with functional benefits, such as Aloe Vera and Ginseng.
